What Are the Next Steps to Proceed with a Purchase?
What is Needed?
1. Provide Photo ID for All Parties on the Contract
The builder requires a valid form of photo ID for everyone who will be listed on the purchase agreement. This can be a driver's license, passport, or another form of photo identification. You can text me a picture or email it directly—this is all we need for this step!
2. Share Your Contact Information
Please provide the best email, phone number, and address for you. Let me know if this will be your primary or secondary home. Once I have this information, I can have the Contract prepared and sent to you via DocuSign.
3. Pre-Approval with Lennar Mortgage
(*Not necessary for cash purchases*)
If you are financing, it’s essential to submit an application with Lennar Mortgage to ensure you’re prequalified. You can complete the application here: (https://www.lennarmortgage.com/joshlynch).
4. Submit a 10% Deposit
A deposit of 10% is required at the time of signing and will be made via a secure ACH link sent to your email. In certain cases, management may allow a lower deposit, depending on the situation at the time of the agreement. This deposit will go toward your down payment and will be held in escrow.
